Age requirements: You must be at least 18 to order any product from us. Some items contained in this catalog may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item in this catalog. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations!
Credit card orders: If you wish, you may use your credit card to pay for any orders you place with us. For security reasons we must have the billing address of the card being used, as well as a working phone number to contact if there are any problems with the transaction.
Legality: It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning use, ownership & possession of any product on this website. Also any attempt in entrapment by any law enforcement agency will be met with swift legal action. Please consult local law enforcement if you have any questions or doubts as to the legality of any product we have for sale on this site.
IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES:

By placing an order with us, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria.
Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives or swords across state lines, with the following exceptions:
(1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
(2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;
(3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory; (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).
Capstone Comics will sell no such knives or swords to any individual outside the State of Texas without the above conditions being met.
Legal status of products:
It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Capstone Comics. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. There will be absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he/she is of legal age. Capstone Comics will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, Capstone Comics assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death.
ANYONE attempting to falsify information or defraud our company in any way WILL be turned over to the proper authorities. Any attempts at extortion or entrapment will also be met with swift legal action!
Pre-Order and Backorder Policy
Pre-Orders are processed 3 - 5 days before expected shipment in order to eliminate delays.
There is a 10% non-refundable deposit (based on MSRP) required for all pre-orders and backorders at the time of ordering. If we are unable to fulfill the order you will be refunded the deposit.
If you combine a pre-order with an in-stock item we will separate the order and shipping will be charged per shipment. We will contact you with the adjusted shipping price.
Please be aware that we have NO Control over delayed items from the manufacturer. This is completely out of our hands and if we don't receive it then no other store will receive it either. All stores receive merchandise within 1 to 3 days of each other usually. We ship as soon as pre-orders arrive.
Free Shipping is limited to the Continental US (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). This option is only available to certain products and they will be clearly marked. If free shipping is selected on a non quailifed order then the shipping will be set to UPS Ground and charged the correct shipping. The order cannot contain any other items that are not eligible for free shipping.
The coupons are only to be used for their stated purpose. If a coupon is used where it is not permitted the coupon will be removed. Coupons cannot be combined.
* These policies are only in effect for the above items when they are active.
All orders cancelled by the customer are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This policy includes pre-orders, backorders and in-Stock prducts.
Also included are items that have been delayed by the factory, since we have no control over delayed items.
Capstone Comics is not responsible for any fees due to domestic or international shipping. International customers are responsible for any duties or VATs. Some delays may occur due to customs which is beyond our control.
UPS is used for domestic and UPS/USPS Express Mail International are available for international. USPS Express Mail International rate are available here: http://ircalc.usps.gov/
Shipping quotes are generated at time of ordering may be incorrect and we will contact you if any adjustment is necessary and will not ship until approval of the new shipping cost is made.
International customers must select the shipping option that applies to them (ie. England must select USPS - United Kingdom). If you have any questions please contact us.

7 days or less: Full refund*
8-14 days: Credit*
14+ days: No refund or credit
*Refunds and credits are issued under the following conditions:
1. We do require that you return the item to us in the brand new, re-sellable condition you received it in.
2. The customer must return the original receipt.
3. You will not be refunded your shipping costs.
Please note - return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, period. Refunds / Credits will be made only after the item has been inspected and verified to be in 100% re-sellable condition.

Though we will credit your return immediately upon processing your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your credit to be posted to your banking system.

Incorrect Orders / Shipments:
If we inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we will be more than happy to refund your return shipping. When it arrives back to us we will issue a full refund for said product and shipping. Simply e-mail us and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. Keep in mind that if the item does not make it back here, we will not issue a refund or credit.
If you return an item for any other reason, or cancel your order after it has already shipped, all return shipping fees, insurance, restocking fees, and related costs will be your responsibility. You are responsible for making sure that the package arrives back to our store safely, in the same condition it was sent out. If you do not insure the package, and it does not arrive, we will not issue any refund.
